Shipping Policy

We dispatch within 72 hours on business days (≤ 3 business days). Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Shipments typically go via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground. Delivery within the continental US usually takes 3–7 business days; Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico take 5–12 business days. Actual timing depends on carrier scans.

The daily order cut-off time is 11:00 AM PT on business days. Orders placed after cut-off are processed the next business day.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Oversized or remote‑area surcharges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout.

If the outer box arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, label, and item details. We will replace or refund your order first and then handle the carrier claim.
